PRICING

• Prices on this website are effective from January 1st to December 31st, 2023. All prices are subject to change without notice.
• All prices include product/decoration charges only, however do not include HST, GST or provincial taxes.
• Terms: Net 30 days. If no credit term is established, full payment is required before order is processed. Method of payments accepted are EFT, Wire, MasterCard & Visa, however a 3% surcharge will applied on orders paid by credit card. No C.O.D. orders.

ART

• The best quality decoration depends on the quality of the artwork. Please provide your artwork as original Vector Art, suggest created in Adobe Illustrator®, then saved as an .EPS or .AI file with all text converted to outlines. Clear, ready-to-use black and white artwork accelerate orders and gives best results. Grayscales, half tones & shading are not recommended for laser engraving.
• If re-work or touch-up of artwork is required, we will do our best to accommodate and will contact distributor for approval of any extra charge incurred.
• When e-mailing artwork to graphics@culmerpen.com, please reference company name and P.O. number.

PRODUCTON TIME

• Our standard production time is 6-10 business days after approval of credit, and acceptance of virtual proof. We will do our utmost to accommodate RUSH orders at no additional charge.

GUARANTEE 

• We stand behind our products 100%. The pens featured on this website have been crafted with the finest materials and great care has been taken in their manufacture and quality control. All products are lifetime guaranteed against mechanical failure due to faulty materials or workmanship. Any returns must be authorized, place call our office for an RA#

SAMPLES   

• Sample orders will be invoiced at EQP. We will gladly credit any invoices (less freight charges) for samples returned in perfect condition. A full sample kit and additional distributor sales tools are available, please contact our office for information.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES & VIRTUAL PROOFS   

•  Pre-production samples are billed at $90(G) plus the cost of product. Should an order result, set up charges will be waived.

REFILLS

All pens featured are equipped with standard international refills that are available at most stationery stores however we can also accept orders for replacement refills. Culmer branded ball pens are equipped with blue ink while Cross & Sheaffer branded pens are equipped with black ink. Please contact our office for option & cost to exchange ink colour.
